95, I asked this because I canīt start windows after trying to install a new cd reader.It beguins to start up windows but after a while  in dos it says thereīs been an error with the cd-rom and it shows a screen of text and at the bottom:
c:\
I donīt know how to start windows from here

Try entering WIN at the C:\ prompt
