    When I hold down a key on my keyboard my mouse can't move? How can I change that?

    Try reinstalling generic or third party drivers under mouse and keyboard. Uninstall any unused drivers under keyboard or mouse that you may have previously installed. For generic drivers, click uninstall then reboot.
