How to Backup iTunes Playlist

Hey, I have been wondering if there is anyway I can backup my itunes playlist.
Ideally I would like to backup the playlist which includes the list and music, but at the very least if I can backup at least a list of my playlists, that would do.

I have in the past been able to backup and transfer my library but had to redo step by step the library.
Any help appreciated.
