Someone Help Me Please!

When I turn my computer on it starts like normal. But when the windows xp screen is done loading it shuts off and starts again. And this just keeps going on and on. Can anyone help me please?

Boot to safe mode.

Download BlueScreenView:
http://www.nirsoft.net/utils/blue_screen_view.html
unzip downloaded file and double click on BlueScreenView.exe to run the program.
when scanning is done, go to EDIT - Select All
Go to FILE - SAVE Selected Items, and save the report as BSOD.txt
Open BSOD.txt in Notepad, copy all of the content, and paste it into your next reply

before your windows xp screen load press F8 and select "Last Known Good Configuration (your most recent settings that worked)"

Can you boot to Safemode(Press F8 repeatedly on first bootup)? Any recent changes before this occured? Provide some information to your PC and installed softwares.
