    Auto detect wifi with Toshiba Satellite Pro

    Hi Guys

    Have bought a second hand Toshiba Satellite Pro and for the life of me cant get connected through wifi?!

    Can it be set to auto detect wifi networks?

    Any help would be much appreciated.

    It can be set to auto-detect other or your specific home connection. Some or most laptops also have a wireless switch for turning on/off before wifi adapter would start detecting certain infrastructured networks. By posting the complete laptop model and operating system you have, we could look further and other CH members,experts into the problem. Look for a sliding switch or a button indicating the wireless should be enabled.

    Can you see your network? What happens when you try to connect?

    There's some software called WeFi that can automatically connect to all open networks but I feel like that's not what you're looking for..
