The default admin account can not be deleted. Exactly what is going on? Please describe in detail.

Use a boot CD, like Hiren's, with a password reset tool. This will show you the name of the administrator account (if its been changed) and allow you to remove/change the admin password.
Then you can access the machine as administrator, change the admin password and do whatever you want with the other user accounts.

Dangerous advice above...if the User is not savvy he may lock everything out.

You can also try this http://www.wikihow.com/Log-on-to-Windows-XP-if-You-Forget-Your-Password...

It's significantly less risky than the Hiren's option, but I don't know if it will work, cause it does depend on what you did when setting it up, and what she did when she messed with it. IDK, but let me know. :)

Try booting into safe mode and see if you can get to your account from there.

      More info on safe mode:

If you can get into your account in safe mode we can make it show up on the welcome screen. Let us know.
