When i plug my headphone sound quality drops

The only way your PC could damage the headphones themselves is if it is sending out a post amp signal instead of line level signals.

It seems now that it only messes up the voices from the audios any ideas?

Realtek High Definition Audio, i often go open it and mix sounds, but i know how to use that, and i never had a problem before, plus the problem with the voices even happens if i watch a youtube vid

Sounds like you are using cellphone/headset headphones, known as a "three conductor" audio jack. if you look at the plug, you will see three rings. This is not a standard audio jack; a standard audio jack would have two such rings. You will need an adapter, or a proper set of headphones. (By which I mean, with a 2-conductor Audio phono jack). Some sound cards actually support three-conductor audio for some reason, although I haven't seen very many.
