The AT&T/T-Mobile deal is officially dead

From CNN.  AT&T withdrew it's bid for T-Mobile.  No big surprise, but it cost AT&T billions to get this far to fail.

There was a Topic on this when it was originally announced and i predicted this...

BTW it didn't cost them near that much.
