screensaver gremlin

My computer starts adding screensaver boxes onto my toolbar, it's getting worse. How do I stop this from happening?

    Hey dl, sorry, was away. So, this started about two months ago, but now it is getting worse, was clicking on links posted on another blabber board, am running Win98 part two,
