BSOD

Hi,

hoping someone can help me!

I keep having BSOD stating "reference_by_pointer" it happens often when using graphics heavy games (Anno, BF3)

From what i have read, various things can cause this software and hardware and unfortunately i am not experienced enough to read a .dmp file to root out the problem

If possible could someone tell me how to attach the .dmp file?

My OS is W7

Download BlueScreenView:
http://www.nirsoft.net/utils/blue_screen_view.html
unzip downloaded file and double click on BlueScreenView.exe to run the program.
when scanning is done, go to EDIT - Select All
Go to FILE - SAVE Selected Items, and save the report as BSOD.txt
Open BSOD.txt in Notepad, copy all of the content, and paste it into your next reply
