Hey, I just found this site because my Monitor seems to have "died" and I'm running out of options, and a brad new monitor is out of my budget, the problem:
When I turn my monitor on, the light stays green(does not flash as normal) but when I turn my pc on, in starts flashing green and my monitor gets a weak signal, I know it is not my video card because I connected another monitor to see if it was, but that monitor worked just fine.
I also hear a "Tick" sound every time it flashes, any help?
