    Dear All,

    Good Day!!!

    I have an Toshiba Laptop with Win7.. I have an problem with sound.. The sound is coming on both the headset and Inbuilt speakers simultaneously. What could be the cause for this??? Hoping for speedy response.

      This could be a shorted / faulty headphone jack. The best way to check is to slightly move the headphone plug in circles while pluged in to the laptop to listen for the internal speaker to cut in and out. PLEASE BE GENTLE WHEN DOING THIS AS excessive preasure can break the jack or further worsten the problem. If the internal speaker cuts in and out you must replace the internal headphone jack.
