      BTW... the issue is resolved I guess.

      I have to constantly load up SAS preferences and select "Start SuperAntiSpyware when Windows starts" every time as the box won't stay selected, but, I suppose I'll just have to deal with that.

      As was stated earlier there's really no reason to have it run auto on startup...
      I simply use it as an on demand scanner...

        Running the free version of SAS at startup is pointless. Only the paid version offers real-time protection.
