http://www.gigabyte.com/MicroSite/121/tech_a_bios.htm

I am going to use this way, I downloaded the link right under the one that is only for X79 Chipset motherboards. When I downloaded it I went to where it downloaded and now I do not know what to do, I ran setup and it just did that and closed.

Be careful!!  Motherboard revisions are different, BIOS versions are different.  Some of the links refer to Rev1.x, others to Rev3.0.
The revision is printed on the motherboard.  It's located in the upper left corner of this:
Rev1.x

Rev3.0

F13 is the latest, what is your current?
Use HWInfo64 or HWInfo32 to display.

Download F13.  Save it somewhere & double-click after download is completed.

As always, the warnings are there:
Warning:
Because BIOS flashing is potentially risky, if you do not encounter problems using the current version of BIOS, it is recommended that you not flash the BIOS. To flash the BIOS, do it with caution. Inadequate BIOS flashing may result in system malfunction.

While BIOS is updating, do not, under any circumstances, power off the computer.  Computer will reboot, but not power off.  If you're in the middle of a storm or wall power is unstable, delay update for another day.

Okay Black Ops 2 won't play on my PC and it is because of AMD CPU's, I was told to update my drivers so that it work.. Is this true? Or should I not be doing this?

Don't know about that, but you can get the latest drivers from the same location.
Win7-32 or Win7-64?
Did you actually update the BIOS?

Don't get paranoid with bios updates. Yes, if something goes wrong your system will be useless. But in 30 years I've never personally seen a bios flash go wrong (and I've done over a hundred myself). Having said that, there are plenty of stories of flashes gone bad - but if you take your time and follow the instructions it's highly unlikely you'll have any problems.

Whats the error it gave you?  I can download the update, so I don't understand.
