i need help

somethin is weird with my comp. i try to open "my computer" folder and it doesnt open. same with all my other folders. i have windows xp. can anyone help me? please its so frustrating

We really require more info than 'Something is weird'

What have you done before this happened? Is it safe to assume you have scanned for viruses? Did this  happen recently?

never mind i got someone to fix it at gateway.com i talked to a tech and then they took over my mouse and the keyboard. they were very helpful.thanks anyway
