We're going to need a lot more information.

What was the original operating system?

What was the operating system you were trying to install?

Were you wanting to completely wipe out the old one, or were you trying to have both on your computer?

What method did you use to install this new operating system?

Did you get any errors or warnings while installing the new operating system?

That may explain the issues you are having.

i removed the cmos battery and repluged after 5 minutes  now it s working fine, i did have to delete the copy of windows. I think the problem is that the new version of windows don't want you to install another operating system. Thanx for the help  ;D
