Hey guys & girls,
Just bought a seagate 2tb hard drive desktop expansion. It's not designed for mac, which perhaps is the problem.
At first it was read only until I did the following

I'm transferring movies onto the external to clear up space on my mac. I transfer the file from the mac to the external it's fine.
HOWEVER: When I then go to delete the file I transfered from my mac, it also deletes it on my hard drive.
I don't know what do, and couldn't find anything on google.
Any help is much appreciated.
