Red X on my Connection Status Icon
    « on: April 10, 2013, 10:27:15 PM »
How do I get rid of the red X on my (connection status) icon, right lower corner. When I open it up it keeps saying that it's turned off, I click to turn it on but it never changes.

Try right clicking it and select Repair...

Wireless probably then...the red X indicates Windows detects no ethernet connection...not to worry.
