I just bought a new Dell computer and loaded it with Microsoft Outlook 2000 program. I copied the files outlook.pst and archive.pst onto a CD on my old computer. When I try to open the outlook.pst file on my new computer, I get a message saying "Properties for this information service must be defined before use."
Can anyone tell me how I can input the outlook files so they work on my new computer?
