    Windows PE boot disc error

    hello,
    I used the Make_PE_46
    and I get a good bootable win7 but when I boot there is an error: ..."api-ms-win-downlevel-advapi32-l1-1-0.dll" file missing from my system.
    do you know what should I do? or what is it?

    Yes, start over again.  Make a new CD.
    Or, use a different method to recover or re install Windows 7.
    Can you explain how you lost Windows 7?
    Is this a desktop PC? What was on it before?
    Was it a store-bought PC or a home-built?
