    Computer keeps turning off
    « on: July 21, 2013, 04:02:08 PM »
My computer keeps turning off after an average of 5 minuets when im running a somewhat heavy program.  The ram isn't overloaded, direct X is fine, java is working right, and none of the files are compromised.  Does anyone know what the problem might be?

Be care about downloads. At least seven sites claim to have the Speed Fan program. I went to the wrong one yesterday an got hit very bad by unwanted stuff.
Of course, no fault of Speed Fan. It is jut the sneaky people that claim to have the version you want.

File instsf449.exe is the current version on Softpedia.

      Too high for idle...
Do some housekeeping...add any case fans you can...and consider removing the CPU heatsink and re-appling Thermal Compound...
