My webpage keeps scrolling up and down randomly and this stops only when I plug out the USB cord connecting the mouse to my laptop. I still have control over the scroll wheel but I cannot stop it from scrolling randomly. This is not a problem with my browser because this also affects things like the volume meter, weapon changes in video games. I have tried connecting the mouse to other ports with no success. Please help
