Some time ago I was a useful tip on how to test the speed on my computer.  Can someone remind me please.  Thank you.

Thank you for replying Allan.  My computer seems to be running slow, and when this happened before, I was given a web site to test the speed on my computer.  My ISP is BT.

Allan, I am so sorry for not giving you the correct information.
 When I try to play a video trail from the local cinema, or short instructional videos from my craft site, the sound is distorted, and the video stops and starts.  This happened once before, and I was advised to run a speed test to see what the broadband speed was.  I did this, and then contacted my isp, and they managed to increase the speed.  I hope you can still assist me.  Thank you, Edna

I did this, and then contacted my isp, and they managed to increase the speed.
