Still not quite sure why the OP is against using a 3rd party tool....or the web to find this stuff...

I am not against using a 3d party tool mate..I just want to know if there is a built-in windows tool that would show the specs without the need for the internet

DLoad and install SIW System Info for Windows...Free.
