    Hi is there a way a can create boot usb stick for note book without a disc as already preinstalled as it will not boot up and asks for a repair with the original disc, which i have never had,

    You will need the Disc to do anything. Either borrow one or buy one.

    Then if you have the disc you can install Windows and activate against your key that is (hopefully) affixed to the computer.

    Other option is contact the manufacturer of the computer and order a system recovery set for around $35 if outside of the warranty terms.

      You can create bootable USB disk. If you have some friends who have a Windows XP disk, you can borrow it and create one. Then download some software such as Wintoflash for creating a bootable USB drive. For instructions, refer to:
