Hard drive size
« on: March 24, 2004, 01:13:17 PM »
This may be a stupid q, but is there a limit on how big of a hard drive one can install? My packard bell is old, and will only support 256mb ram and only has a 4.3gb Fujitsu( I think) hard drive. Any help would be appreciated.

Depending on how old you system is and what you want to do with it , there really isnt anything you have to worry about.  You really shouldnt need anything bigger than an 80 gig HD(which you could install with no problem), unless you are downloading a ton of music or playing a lot of games.  If thats what you want to do you are better off buying a new system, or a better system.
