    Toshiba HDD recovery
    « on: May 16, 2014, 03:15:59 AM »
Hi, I'm trying to restore my computer to the original factory default state but when I press F8 the Recovery Utility is not an option anymore.
I read all the others posts about Toshiba HDD recovery but I'm so confused!

To check if my hdd partition was deleted I follow some steps in a tutorial and the screen in Administrative tools show me that I have 3 partition (C:, D: and Recovery partition with almost 2GB)

My question is how can I access to that Recovery Partition and restore my computer to the original factory settings?

It may be F10 to start the factory recovery...

      Thank you for your help.
I tried F10 but then it goes to a screen like the one I'm attaching and I don't know what to do (or even if it's possible to do something)

      The screen says:
      Quote
Edit windows boot options to: Windows 7
      Path: (...)winload.exe

      Partition: 2
      Hard Drive: (...)

      [/NOEXECUTE=OUTPUTOUT
(and here I can write something but what??)

I took a look and is actually F8...

      See Here...

You may have to tap F8 repeatedly immediatly at startup instead of just pressing it once.

I already saw this tutorial and as shown in the picture is suposed to appear the option to «TOSHIBA HDD RECOVERY» but in my computer it doesn't appear anymore.

        Thank you, once again

Then something has happened to the factory restore partition...
1 option is to order the CD's from Toshiba which are a minimal charge + shipping...
