Pls help me guys! I am depressed because of my laptop. It is killing me. I up to dated it windows 8.1 few days ago. But showed black screen fault. I attempted to fix it from safe mode ,after this time all things happened. I used msconfig and boot safe mode to on and restarted. Then laptop ask me my windows account's password I tried to answer but laptop froze from this time until now
