My router is a NETGEAR model supplied by AT&T. 7550. All other wireless devices (4 iphones, three ipads, 1 Ethernet connected desktop, and two wireless laptops) work fine with wireless router, but my HP laptop (HP Pavilion 17-c017dx Notebook (energy star)) running win 8.1 is allowed only one login. If I shut down the laptop and restart it the router will NOT connect with it. I can always just reboot router but its a headache that must have an easy fix in configuration. on laptop with issue DHCP is enabled on private profile, Norton AV, REaltek wireless adapter, WPA2 Personal, AES encryption.
