ON THE PC THE PHOTOS ARE BRILL WHEN I PRINT THEM THERE VERY DARK THE BACK GROUND IT DONT MATTER IF THERE FROM DIGGI CAMRA OR FROM SCANNER THERE ALL BACKGROUND  BLACK  WHATS GONE WRONG CAN ENEY BODY SORT IT FOR ME THANK YOU MINTY ???

First we need to fix the caps lock issue on your machine...there will be a button on the left of your keyboard above the Shift key...press this once to turn off caps lock.

Now on to the printer problem.
How old is the printer?
How often do you use the printer ?

Reason i ask is it sounds like the ink cartridges are either old and or empty. In your printer diagnostics it should show you the ink levels.

Probably just a matter of replacing the cartridges.
