I call Eset technical hot line, they told me that I have to uninstall all antivirous software before i can use Eset. They wanted one time fee to install software on my computer plus they want me to activate account by paying money.

I ask them about free  trial but they told me it want work as long as you have other virus removal software. What can I do next.?
I have uninstall Eset from my computer because it did not work.

It takes 3.5 min  from start to opening browser
May be because of slow internet connection.

Ok, I've provided a scanner below which you can use to test your ISP speed.

Here's the site to test your ISP speed.

              Ok, let's clean up.
Click Start> Computer> right click the C Drive and choose Properties> enter
              Click Disk Cleanup from there.

Click OK on the Disk Cleanup Screen.
Click Yes on the Confirmation screen.

This runs the Disk Cleanup utility along with other selections if you have chosen any. (if you had a lot System Restore points, you will see a significant change in the free space in C drive)
              ********************************************
This step will remove all cleaning tools we used, it'll reset restore points (so you won't get reinfected by accidentally using some older restore point) and it'll make some other minor adjustments...
This is a very crucial step so make sure you don't skip it.
Download DelFix by Xplode to your desktop. Delfix will delete all the used tools and logfiles.

Double-click Delfix.exe to start the tool.
Make sure the following items are checked:
              • Activate UAC (optional; some users prefer to keep it off)
              • Remove disinfection tools
              • Create Registry backup
              • Purge System Restore Points
              • Re-set system settings
Now click "Run" and wait patiently.
Once finished a logfile will be created. You don't have to attach it to your next reply.

Now it is taking 2 min to star up, Is there anything else we can do? Can we stop some of the software not turn on at start up.

You could try getting Startup Lite to run. How long does it take in Safe Mode?

On my desk top bottom right side has 10 programs lines up, how can I put those 10 items in one  folder so that there will be only one on item in bottom right corner rather the 10

Previously all were in the Flag (Action center) folder
