Trying to use a combination of Pidgin 2.10.11, and XMPP Openfire 3.9.3, on a Windows 7 64 bit PC running Windows Home Server 2011. Have installed Pidgin as the chat client on three different Windows operating systems. When trying to connect Pidgin from computers running either Vista or Windows 8.1 to the Openfire server, there is no problem. But when I try to connect Pidgin from Windows 7 computers, it will not work. Any thoughts would be appreciated; thanks in advance.
