    Media Player has stopped working.
    « on: July 25, 2015, 03:37:18 PM »
That's about all I can tell you. I have checked device manager, and under DVD/CD ROM drives, - MATSHITA DVD-RAM UJ8AOASW, I have the message, 'Windows cannot start this hardware device because its configuration information (in the registry) is incomplete or damaged. (Code 19).' My computer is an ASUS K53E. Any suggestions?

What changes have your recently made to the computer?
    Hardware? Software?
    Please look at this:
