    Start Up glitch
    « on: July 27, 2015, 09:12:54 PM »
http://i.imgur.com/aqoP8hD.jpg. This is how my computer starts up on windows 7 and it sits like that for a bit then the screen goes black and nothing happens but before it gets to that page the screen is not all glitchy looking. I had a blackout today and then this happened so I honestly have no idea what to do. Id appreciate any help I can get.

Remove all power to the PC and remove and re-seat the vid card...

If you have onboard vid on that PC hook up to that so we know it's not the monitor...
