    I have a HP Pavilion ALL-in -one PC. I am connected to wifi through Hughes Net. Like Every 30 seconds a little black window pops up in the upper left hand corner of the screen. I have ran an antivirus on it and it did not help it. Please help me with this problem.

      I'm using win 10 pro insider preview of every error skeptical about anyone like intelligent mouse seats and fix the errors that are not
