hi, im using asus k53 laptop with win 7 os, and im having problems performing, safety remove on my usb flash drive and usb external hd, when connecting my drive, there's no problem, but when i'm done copying or transferring my files, the safety remove icon appears, bet when I click it (left or right) nothing happens, the option to safety remove my usb drives, does not appear, I can still eject my usb flash drive if I right click on the drive in my computer,but that option is not available for my external HD. hope someone can help me, thanks in advance
