    ANNOYING AND FRUSTARTING
    « on: November 08, 2015, 10:27:43 AM »
    PC Specs:
    i3 2100 3.ghz (intel hd 2000 gpu)
    Windows 10 pro (64 bit)
    Problem:
It all started Yesterday, now any time I open my antivirus or minecraft my mouse flickers to "working in background" mode insanely fast which as annoying as it is odd. I have tried: uninstalling AV, Getting New AV, Restarting, uninstalling Minecraft, replugigng USB drive, Booting into safe mode, ending processes (even windows ones) Put the problem still PERSISTS.

I would DLoad and run the Free Diagnostics from the HDD manuf. site...
Run the Long test...do NOT interrupt it.
