Since upgrading my computer to Windows 10 I've has a rare problem where my Logitech wireless keyboard randomly looses all responsiveness in Google Chrome, which means I cannot type anything into Chrome anywhere within the browser including the address bar and websites. When this happens the keyboard works just fine in Edge as well as Cortana and trying to use it there frees it up in Chrome.

    Very, very  strange.
IMHO you should forget using a wireless keyboard. It is not worth the time and effort it would take to isolate the issue.
BTW: Windows 10 might not have the right drivers for your system.

Unfortunately your graphics product is physically unable to support Windows 10 features, hence there are no drivers available for it.
If it's working fine with your present operating system, I would recommend you do not upgrade to Windows 10.
That has also been reported elsewhere.  :(

Geek... what does their post have to do with ATI/AMD hardware issues? I dont see any system specs or info shared by them to point down this path.

What make/model computer or custom build specs are you running funguy11 ?

Well I suppose whatever works. Didn't think it was only the batteries since only one program had problems, that's why I ruled them out.

Your original issue sounds like a bug I've learned about with IDM (Internet Download Manager) which is a chrome extension. If you have that extension installed, perhaps try disabling it and see if the problem goes away.

A workaround that might help if that doesn't work could be to press the Windows Key Twice to make Chrome pay attention (Open the Start Menu and close the start menu basically).

Interesting work around BC .... never thought of using the Windows key that way before. I've only used it as an interrupt to get back to desktop start menu when in video games or other applications that full screen.

Yes it does seem the double WINKEY trick works.
