Should I add a new motherboard?

This is what I currently have and what I am adding to it just need to know if I need to upgrade motherboard and if so any suggestions?

Current Build:
Case: Rosewill CHALLENGER-U3(2 fans are not working)
CPU: AMD FX-8120   Zambezi 32nm Technology
MotherBoard: MSI 970A-G46
Graphics Card: 1024MB ATI AMD Radeon HD 6800 Series

To this build:
Case:
Thermaltake Chaser MK-1 VN300M1W2N
CPU: Same as old build
Graphics card: EVGA GeForce GTX 950 2GB FTW GAMING
PSU: EVGA SuperNOVA 750 G1 80+ GOLD9(Needed a new one other one was a used one of my cousins)

Nope, there's no reason you would need to replace your motherboard for those upgrades.

Nope, there's no reason you would need to replace your motherboard for those upgrades.
