I am running a LAN of 25 client computers. The server is windows server 2008 R2 server and the clients are running windows 7. When I restart the server there only 8 clients connected. When I check the LAN status it shows that the network card is sending packets but receiving no packets. What could be the problem and how do I solve the issue? Thank you in advance.
