when i start my computer i hear i high pitched noise. The noise seems to be coming from the fan inside the power supply.After a few minutes the noise goes away.  What should i do?

It's either you just have a loud power supply fan or it needs to be cleaned.  Is it dusty?  Buy a can of air and blow the dust out of it, remove the side panel from your computer first though, so any dust has somewhere to go.
