video card suggestion

i have a slimline dell. i am wanting to upgrade my videocard(lowprofile) and i just need help choosing the best one possible. here are some i have researched on

The next question is can the power supply handle it. The slimlines are notorious for having small (185 watt or so) power supplies. You didn't give a model number, so I can't say for sure.
