My Pictures folder to screen saver file

Using Google, I retrieved a photogrpah which I saved
in MY PICTURES folder.  Is there a way that I can
transfer this photo now in my pictures folder to my
screensaver file?
I am a real computer nerd so if there is a way to do this  I will need step by step by step instructions.....

If it is in the My Pictures folder, then just make sure that your screensaver theme is My Pictures Slideshow.
