Win10 Anniversary Update/Version 1607 has my pc freezing in normal boot. Help!

Prior to the update my computer never froze, suddenly one day after the update it happens non-stop.

I Google and found out a lot of people are affected.

Is there anyone that can help me so I do not need to wipe my computer...

Yesterday I decided to re-install my 1607 Win10 32 bit.
Took all day. I wanted a dual boot install with Windows XP and Windows 10. How to repair and instal a number of times. I lost count.  :-[
When done, Cortana did not know who I was.  :'(
