this is an Emachine i just put a 10 gig hard drive in it and when you get on the net it shuts down after about 20 min. every time. please help!!!!! :-[

more info on o/s and dial up 56k cable adsl and do you mean the pc shutsdown or you just loose your connection on the net.....if you mean your pc shuutdown check your  power settings in the control panel and change them to never..

Correctly configure the harddisk.

And give us more info..
