Did some malware trun of the right click of the mouse?

In my case it just now started. I am doing a scan now but nothing found.
Ont he desktop the right click still works. And here in this text box on CH the right click  is normal. Bu inside Notepad it does not. Yet Word pad is OK.

It seems to affect only Notepad

So is this a malware thing or is notepad damaged?
I never had this before.
