Hi all, sometimes after I reboot my laptop (HP 8560w / Windows 7 / Avira AV) a mysterious title bar appears above my start-menu. (check the attached images)
I cannot click, doubleclick or resize the item. I can drag it, but it's not showing the 'live' path. It is always on top of other screens.
I have no idea when this started to occur or what software it is initializing.
I'm very interested in what it is, what it does and if I should remove it (one way or the other..)
