Virus that keeps me annoying for a year now

Hello guys. Im a new guy here and have a huge problem with me.. last summer I gota viruses by clicking on a download grom a guide on runescape were two dudes trade each other guthans full set the viruse was ziped and named as freezer idk if this may help.. and I downloaded it (I so regret this) So the thing is that instantly my laptop camera turned on fora brief time.. after that I scaned my computer and found ardamax keylogger and kept using it.. after a while I justrealeased that it is stilll in my Os. I even reinstalled my windows , after that kept using it and even connected my phone to it (samsung galaxy grand prime) and it got infected too.. that guy keeps trolling me it scrolls.my facebook when I use it and etc. I read that there are viruses that infect secred hard drives space witch is not fragmented when u reinstall windows... also strange thing how does it can work even when im disconnected.from every connection to wireless , internet cable and Bluetooth?  I swear I even reinstalled windows to windows 7 and they dont update your drivers automaticly I had no way to connect to internet and he started moving my mouse. So would like to ask few questions
1. Can this virus spread into other devices such as usb , computers?
2. Is there a way to trace it back to his owner , even after realising it hides with proxys and etc.
3. If no how to delete it as I tryed alot of spyware softwares and it havent appeared. Or just I should take out the hd and throw it away?

If you can't access the internet with your infected computer you will have to download and transfer any programs to the computer you're using now and transfer them to the infected computer with a CD-RW or a USB storage device. I prefer a CD because a storage device can get infected. If you use a storage device hold the shift key down while inserting the USB storage device for about 10 secs. You will also have to transfer the logs you receive back to the good computer using the same method until we can get the computer back on-line.

At the moment thr laptop is connected to the internet , I use it to.watch films and read.something.. At first sfter seeing symptoms I reinstalled everything simply from a desktop , nothing changed...
After a while I decided to try it via usb.. fully reinstalling windows and formating disk even changed its size name and deleting old one.. The windows were downloaded from popular torrent site and I dont think it could.be infected..
Laptop itself has no cd-rom only usb drive so no original disk may be put into it. As I said before I have read about it that there are some viruses that can hide after reinstalling os and still live it out.. at the moment I dont have free and untouched laptop but neither usb flashes (writing this from a phone) but I could.visit a friend and he could.help me out. But I have to be sure that it will guarantee success so nezt time I use usb dont infect his own pc.. im also concerned if this virus can spread via.no cable.connection to my new phone ? Beouse it really worked with no drivers and connection at all..

If this is not a legal version of Windows I cannot help you. Do you have a product key for Windows? If so, you should download the OS from MS.
