I'm stumped on this one. I created a Restore Drive. Went smooth.
Then I tried to create a Restore Point for future use. After a few minutes I received a message
stating : Reconnect My File History Drive.
These are the steps I took:
Settings> update and security > Back up>More Options>Back up now
I plugged my external HD in and it wouldn't recognize it.. I'm stumped what shall I do?
