Personally I've used Adobe Premiere Clip on Android which is free. Nothing special but I had no problem joining a few clips together and trimming them to make a video to share on Twitter.
Of course if you want to do any real complex editing or a lot of it you would be better off copying the files onto a PC and editing them there.
